Local transport, courier, air, train or bus. How we pick the shipping mode for your order, why your event date matters most, and what you can do to make delivery go smoothly.

A broken box is bad. A box that arrives the day after the event is worse.
We ship to the whole country from our warehouses in Indore, Mumbai and Delhi. How your order travels depends on where it's going, how heavy it is and how much time is left before your event.
How we ship
Most orders go with local transport companies that we pick based on the delivery location.
For smaller parcels with a few days in hand, we use courier partners such as Shiprocket and Nimbuspost, and you get a tracking link. When the date is close and the destination is far, air is faster, though it costs more. Heavier orders can also go by train or bus on routes where they run well. Those come with an LR (lorry receipt), and we upload a photo of it to your order so you can collect the goods.
You don't have to choose any of this. Tell us when you need the stock, and we'll suggest the mode and quote the freight.
Your event date matters most
At checkout there's a field for your event or need-by date. Please fill it in. We plan dispatch backwards from that date, and a few days of margin usually means cheaper shipping than an order placed for tomorrow.
If you leave it blank, we assume there's no rush.
What happens after you pay
- We confirm the order and set the freight.
- You pay the freight from the link on your order page (or we waive it, if that's been agreed).
- We dispatch and add the tracking number, or the LR photo for transport, train and bus.
- You download the GST invoice from the same page.
You get an email at each step, and the order page always shows where things stand.
A few things that help
Give us a delivery contact who will actually be at the venue, with a phone that's switched on. If there's a gate pass, a loading-bay time or a "use the back entrance" rule, put it in the order notes. For a large venue, a landmark in the address saves a lot of phone calls.
Questions we get asked
Is freight included in the product price?
No. We quote freight after you order, based on weight, destination and how soon you need the stock.
Can you deliver straight to the venue?
Yes. Put the venue address and an on-site contact on the order, and add any access details in the notes.
